Full Coastal Home Reconstruction

Comprehensive Structural & Systems Transformation
This project began as a dated, compartmentalized 4-bedroom, 2-bath residence and evolved into a complete interior reconstruction designed for modern coastal living.
What took place was not a cosmetic renovation — it was a structural and mechanical reinvention of the home from the inside out.
Load-bearing walls were removed to open the living room and kitchen into a single, cohesive space. Engineered structural reinforcement was installed to support expanded spans and larger window openings, dramatically improving light, flow, and livability.
The former kitchen footprint was extended into an adjacent room, creating a generous open-concept layout centered around a newly designed custom pantry and dedicated laundry room. An additional master bedroom closet was added to enhance functionality and storage.
The existing fireplace was fully demolished and reconstructed, transforming it into a refined architectural focal point within the reimagined living area.
Behind the finished surfaces, every major system in the home was replaced. The infrastructure was comprehensively rebuilt to modern standards, including:
• Completely new plumbing throughout
• Tankless water heating system
• Fully replaced electrical system with upgraded service panel
• Redesigned HVAC system with new heating and air conditioning
• All new windows and exterior doors
• Engineered enlargement of window openings
Following full interior demolition, the home was rebuilt with new drywall and cohesive finish integration throughout, creating continuity from space to space.
The result is a home that is structurally open, mechanically modernized, and thoughtfully designed for elevated daily living — not simply renovated, but fundamentally transformed.
Luxury Bathroom Remodel

This project was a full interior reconstruction — not a surface remodel.
Originally dated and inefficient, the bathroom was completely demolished and reimagined through structural reconfiguration and full system replacement.

The space was restructured to improve circulation and functionality. Plumbing was fully relocated to support the new layout, allowing for optimized fixture placement and a more intentional flow.
High-end tile flooring was extended seamlessly from the bathroom into the master walk-in closet, creating architectural continuity between the two spaces.
Behind the walls, every major component was replaced:
• Complete plumbing overhaul
• New electrical installation
• Updated mechanical systems
• Modern performance upgrades throughout
Nothing was modified — everything was rebuilt.
